Cultivating intent around utilization as tools for personal growth and healing, honouring the self and all relations in the process. And supporting the meaning-making of integration, what comes after the experience to bring insights, teachings, and wisdom into our day-to-day life.

  • Microdosing & Mindfulness Coaching

    It all begins with awareness and intention. Where are you stuck? What’s holding you back from living with greater joy, meaning, and fulfilment? How may you wish to engage with your life differently? How can we actively discover the root of the challenges being faced?

    Together we will co-create & use a variety of modalities to shift into awareness, clear decision-making, emotional attunement, higher potential and wholehearted living. Utilizing the power of microdosing (sub-minimally perceptual dosing of psychedelics) to support greater receptivity, neurogenesis, heightened awareness and other potential benefits.

    Personalized 6-week coaching program. Includes 4 x 60 mins coaching calls, and personalized and holisitic health tools and resources.

    Program is $360 + tax, with additional coaching sessions available at $90 / hr.

  • Community facilitation

    Support for work environments, education institutions, and organizations in building more meaningful connections and healthier relations, to elevate everyone’s experience. Utilizing frameworks & workshops for effective communication, candid relations, emotional attunement & regulation, mindfulness and more.

    Other similar services offered in conjunction with Healing While Healing co-empowerment offerings.

    60 mins workshops or facilitated sessions starting at $125/hour. Can be tailored to work environment wishes and needs.

  • Contrast & Multimodality Therapy

    Contrast & Multimodality Therapy

    Come visit me at Othership Toronto for a fully immersive contrast therapy (sauna & cold plunge) and multimodality experience of breathwork, somatics, sound healing, etc.

    Or reach out if you are interested in private 1:1 or small group sessions involving contrast therapy & multimodality healing.

    Personalized 60 mins sauna/ice bath + multimodality guidance from $105-195/hr depending group size.
